Sometimes people want to come on their own to discuss difficulties and to think about their relationships. If you are experiencing persistent difficulties in your close relationships or if you have behaviour patterns that you wish to change then a systemic viewpoint might be helpful to you. We will look at issues from different angles and together find creative solutions to situations that may feel stuck and hopeless. Systemic Psychotherapy is also beneficial in treating anxiety and depression, enabling people to gain greater understanding about themselves in relation to their unique context.
